Sunday Goals

All right, time to look back on the past week and see how I did:

Goals
~Attend at least 3 BBF classes this week Check, I should have gone to 4 but, I made my 3 class goal :D
~For days that there are not any BBF scheduled classes I will work out at home Check, I walked, did the NTC work out, I rock!
~I will drink more water on the weekends I didn't drink as much as I would have liked to, but I did drink more than I have, so that is a some what check
~I will only drink alcohol 1-2 nights I went over by one night...Friday was a bad day :P
~Record all food every day Check!

So Time for new goals:

Goals:

~Attend 3-4 BBF Classes
~Drink more water on the weekends
~Reduce drinking days to 2 or fewer
~Regulate sleeping 6-8 hours a night every night
