Goal Setting Sunday

Alright, so my goal setting has been a little haphazard since I started this blog, so we'll just add that to today's goals. First off, I'm resetting the precedence for 'Goal Setting Sundays.' From now on, each Sunday I will have new goals, and review how I did on the previous weeks goals; also I will also put up my work out schedule for the week.

4 Sept. - 10 Sept.

Goals
~Attend at least 3 BBF classes this week
[I need to really start getting my money's worth out of my annual membership...]
~For days that there are not any BBF scheduled classes I will work out at home
~I will drink more water on the weekends
~I will only drink alcohol 1-2 nights
[Preferably only 1]
~Record all food every day
[especially weekends]

0630-0730 - BBF Weights
or
1100-1200 - BBF Spinning
or
1600-1700 - BBF Spinning

Tuesday
1600-1700 - BBF Weights

Wednesday
1700-1800 - BBF Butt Blasting

Thursday
1600-1700 - BBF Circuits

Friday
1600-1700 - BBF Kick Boxing

Saturday
0800-0900 - BBF Power Boot Camp
