I haven't felt this good in the morning, with out copious amounts of caffeine, since I started the 6-3 shift ... which was Monday :). I went to bed almost an hour early, after having gotten my lunch packed, cloths set out, and my gym bag set aside so I wouldn't forget it. I'm awake, at work, with out the assistance of coffee and I feel good!
Its Friday, I only have one ship to baby sit, I'm looking forward to my first Zumba class, and Rich will be home in 2 days and 2 hours; Life is good.

So Update from yesterday, like I said yesterday, it wasn't a great day in terms of diet, but it wasn't terrible either.
Breakfast:
1 Scrambled Egg & 1 Scrambled egg white [this is becoming a staple for me]
1 non-fat greek yogurt mixed w/ Crystal Light Green Tea Peach Mango and 1/8 cup of Bare Naked Granola [next time I'll have to get some plain granola, but the banana goes okay with the peachiness]
1 cup Light OJ
1 Cafe Mocha [major cheat, I was a little frightened by the stats on this drink]
Lunch: it was Ladies Lunch today so .... yeah
Chips and Salsa [of course]
2 Chicken Quesedillas
1 serving Charro Beans
1 Serving Mexican Rice
Dinner:
I made a mini skillet meal
Johnsonville Chicken Sausage Chipotle Montery Jack Cheese
Yellow squash
Zucchini
Desert: I know I shouldn't...
Skinny Cow Carmel Cone
Even though I was tired and didn't go work out, the mini work out from Fitness Magazine was very nice, and reminded me that my quads are still super sore from Wednesday :)

All in all, I didn't do terrible, didn't even go over any of my nutrition goals.
